The Job

In this role, you will be working closely with the Head of Sales and be responsible for :

  • Being the primary point of contact and building long-term relationships with customers
  • Identifying solutions that will meet customers' needs
  • Developing a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and partners
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and obtaining referrals to grow revenue within existing accounts
  • Working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients 

 

The Profile

  • You ideally have some experience in a Sales/Account Management role, with a mix of analytical and sales skills.
  • You have the ability to recognize the needs of others 
  • You are a self-motivated individual who can thrive in a results-driven environment
  • You have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • You have a keen attention to detail and are able to prioritise among competing tasks and adhere to deadlines.
