The Job
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring strong growth in talent pools on the Snaphunt platform. This will include:
- Executing multiple strategies to ensure strong job distribution across platforms
- Targetted & proactive sourcing of talent for niche roles
- Understanding specific requirements and leveraging Snaphunt's tools to ensure targetted sourcing on roles
- Compiling sourcing metrics and regularly reviewing tools and strategies for effectiveness.
The Profile
- You have at least 2 years of experience within talent sourcing & talent acquisition. Experience in technical /IT recruitment a strong plus.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
