The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Participating in discussions with customers to help develop solutions
  •  Working closely with Business Development team to provide technical pre-sales and solution consulting to win deals
  •  Organize and deliver training and demonstrations that help customers in understanding NX’s portfolio of products and services
  •  Gathering customers’ feedback and providing input back to Product team
  •  Liaising with Product managers to provide feedback from market about product requirements
  •  Keeping abreast of market trends and competitors’ landscapes

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

  •  Diploma/Degree and above in Software Engineering is preferred
  •  2-3 years of work experiences within pre-sales or technical sales support in a telecommunication sector
  •  Keen sense of technology and market development
  •  Adaptability to difference customers’ work-styles
  •  Strong ambition and desire for success
