The Job

The Customer Experience Executive will ensure excellent customer experience within the Company's culture and values. You will also support the account management team with new residents.

You will be responsible for:

  • Referring all enquiries via phone, web and walk-ins to the correct channel.
  • Responding to requests in a timely manner, including knowing products, services and being an ambassador for the space.
  • Resolving disputes and issues with customers and residents and taking ownership of feedback.
  • Ensuring that reception desk is manned at all times and to keep reception desk neat and tidy.
  • Ensuring the space is clean, tidy, safe, well maintained and that appropriate SOPs and internal processes are being followed.
  • Supporting account management team with new residents.
  • Managing onboarding with new residents which includes setting up accounts and collection of payment.
  • Engaging and building customer loyalty while retaining them on Core Collective's platform.
  • Supporting the sales process by ensuring that all leads are captured in the system and passed on to the relevant department.
  • Assisting with walk-in tours.


The Profile

  • You have 2 years relevant customer service experience, ideally with a Hospitality background.
  • You are passionate about providing excellent service to internal and external customers.
  • You are driven to succeed and enjoy solving problems.
  • You have the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders.
  • You have the ability to determine customer's needs and provide appropriate solutions, setting expectations with customers.
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
