The Job

Key Responsibilities

• Together with Head of Corporate Account Team, to develop strategies and growth plans
• Recommend service enhancements and/or service deficiencies to enhance service capabilities
• Work with relevant internal stakeholders to upkeep service line agreements with clients
• Actively using Microsoft power bi tools or/an analytical tool to monitor performances and business expectations
• Cross-sell MSC’s diverse digital and service products
• Prepare and present business propositions
• Manage and distribution of service contracts
• Support internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Achieve commitment targets set by management

Ideal Candidate

Candidate Requirement

• At least degree holder
• At least 2 years’ experience in Key client relationship management (Preferred)
• Without Liner shipping experience are welcome to apply
• Able to work independently and strong ownership of tasks
• Strong focus on Customer Experience
• A strong communicator in English
• Believer in teamwork
