Our client is a FinTech startup backed by a top global incubator. Headquartered in Singapore with operations across South East Asia, they provide small and medium businesses convenient financial services including debit and credit card products, digital banking and cash management systems.

The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Supporting our content strategies with the goal of customer acquisition and growing our brand’s share of voice around relevant topics
• Creating engaging content in the form of blog posts, press releases, newsletter, web pages, blog posts, and product copy
• Working closely with our design team to support the production of videos, graphics, infographics
• Analysing content performance and leveraging results to optimise campaigns and content production
• Providing reports on content projects and results (conversion & bounce rates etc.) on a monthly basis

The Profile

• You have a Diploma/Degree with at least 2 years of work experience in a copywriter, journalist, or similar role, ideally within Finance, Technology or a startup.
• You have experience leading data-driven content analysis, performance tracking, and reporting.
• You have a penchant for words and are passionate about fintech.
• You have exceptional communication skills.
• You are organised and pay strong attention to details.
• You are a creative individual and enjoy thinking out of the box.
• You are initiative and thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
