The Job
Responsibilities:
- Review data entry from financial documents, like invoices
- Provide feedback on the accuracy of the data
- Monitor the (online) attendance of data operators for scheduled shifts
- Manage shift changes to accommodate changing and increasing demand
- Create reporting for internal stakeholders
- Help manage a team of contractors
- Provide performance feedback to data operators and management
- Ad-hoc projects
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- 1-3 years in operations or data entry management
- Experience managing shift workers
- Experience working with online teams or vendors
- Organized with high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude & growth mindset
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-evolving work environment
- Bonus: bookkeeping and/or accounting experience
- Bonus: customer service/support experience
