The Job
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Organize, implement, and maintain production process flow.
- Develop working instructions, standards, and process documents.
- Collect data required to make improvements and modifications and developing process simulation software to work out the best production methods.
- Improve continually existing operation for increased quality, productivity, efficiency, and cost savings.
- Investigate operational problems affecting production and recommends solutions.
- Identify ways to reduce production costs through recommendations.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers and research and development staff.
- Train and supervise staff on new development processes and technology.
- Design new equipment, processes, and systems.
- Purchase and install new equipment, repairing equipment.
- Responding to breakdowns, investigating production problems & make improvements.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- Minimum Degree in Material Science and Chemical Engineering.
- No prior experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided!
- Strong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving skills.
