The Job

As an Accounts & HR Executive, your responsibilities will include:

• Keeping accurate records of both accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) as well as all transactions in the General Ledger (GL).
• Ensuring that all supplier invoices are paid on time and that clients pay invoices as required.
• Supporting accounting schedules, timely month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Preparing GST returns and assist in corporate Tax filing.
• Processing employees' Work Pass applications, including new applications, renewals and terminations.
• Preparing IR8A & IR21.
• Administering and processing leave records, medical and other claims.
• Handling other administrative matters pertaining to staff employment, confirmation, promotion, termination/resignation.

The Profile

• You have at least 1 year experience within a Accountant (G/L), Payroll Accountant or AP Accountant role, ideally within the Hospitality industry.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
