Our client is a FinTech startup backed by a top global incubator. Headquartered in Singapore with operations across South East Asia, they provide small and medium businesses convenient financial services including debit and credit card products, digital banking and cash management systems.

The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Collecting and analysing feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and products.
• Managing all lifecycle stages for a few features from ideation through sunset, including deliverables, release time and user engagement
• Ideation and exploration of creative features by offering solutions traditional companies haven't thought of
• User Research - planning and conducting/attending customer interviews, extracting and documenting insights and making proposals for improvement
• Defining and tracking key usage metrics of your features to improve them.
• Developing and maintaining an understanding of the company's products, market, and competition
• Working with QA engineers to create test plans
• Writing user guides and making customer demo videos
• Assisting with the product marketing content for company's newsletters, LinkedIn posts and other efforts
• Managing and optimising processes within the product team - such as metrics tracked
• Keeping abreast of the goings-on in the industry
• Supporting special projects on an ad-hoc basis. Such projects could be: testing/implementing a tool: (marketing automation, CRM, e-signature, analytics), creating analytics dashboard or investigating movements in certain metrics
