Job Description

The role of an IT Support cum Web Developer is to maintain the computer networks of the organisations and manage all of SLM's e-commerce accounts and website maintenance. He/she is also expected to provide IT Support, monitor and maintain the company's computer systems, install and configure hardware and software, and solve technical problems and be involved in experimenting with new softwares.

Responsibilities:

- Provide IT support in various areas

- Monitoring and maintaining both websites, CRM system, and E-commerce platforms

- Website: Provide assistance to relocate content onto the new interface from the old website

- Ensure high quality desktop and mobile interface interaction for customers

- Compile and transfigure raw data into measurable and comparable data for analysis

- Responsible for streamlining and updating the SEO/SEM

- Contribute to the design and development of new and invigorating website of the various subsidiaries managed by the company

- Develop, test and maintain websites of the range of business owned by the company

- Work closely with the designer and brand managers to create concepts for our website

- Assist with the migration of the content from our old websites to a new service provider

- Optimisation of the desktop and mobile experience of consumers

- Any other duties as required by the company.

Job Qualifications & Requirements:

- At least a Diploma in Computer Science, Computing, Engineering or related course of study (preferred)

- Demonstrated leadership in applying analytical techniques to deliver actionable insights from data

- Statistical Packages: Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics

- Programming/database languages: HTML, CSS, SQL and PHP, Python and Java

- Platforms: knowledge/experience in Monday.com, Visual Studio Code

- Actively participate in development of website and ecommerce leads

- Knowledge of SEO and SEM

- Assist marketing team in engaging with customers to answer critical questions

- Maintain a deepunderstanding of the CRM system to help with the implementation

- CRM, email marketing and campaign experience

- Experience in Salesforce, & CRM tooling & journeys preferred

- Experience in social listening tool and marketing automation tools (e.g. email)

- Understanding of digital analytics of digital touchpoints

- Innovative and hardworking individual

- A keen eye for detail

- Fluent communication skills

- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work within diverse organisations and teams
