Job Description
- Posting advertisements on Job Portals.
- Performing administrative duties pertaining to recruitment, keeping proper accounts and maintaining proper recruitment database.
- Shortlisting and contacting all interviews and arranging subsequent interviews with respective managers
- Primarily focusing on sourcing and recruiting suitable candidates - Financial Consultants, Personal Assistants, Admin Assistants & Recruitment Officers.
- Creating networks and relationships with various schools, student bodies, associations for recruitment purposes.
- Actively sourcing for qualified candidates through various means and sources.
- Reach out to personal network of friends and acquaintances to source for suitable candidates.
- Support any ad hoc recruitment projects as assigned.
Job types: Full-time/Part-time
Salary: 1,910-2,872 Per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Supplemtal pay: Commission pay
COVID-19 Considerations: WFH as of this period
Experience: No experience required but 1 year of recruitment experience is preferred.
Education: Local polytechnic diploma or equivalent (preferred)
