Job Responsibilities
- Lead the team to execute daily receiving, replenishment & shipping plan according to production plan for the day, ensure completion of tasks in a timely and orderly manner
- Lead the team to ensure production records (receiving documents, shipping documents, inventory documents) are updated and compliance on Safety, Quality, Halal and stewardship requirement
- Ensure team report finding on quality and abnormalities within 24 hours and facilitate resources to support investigation
- Leads and engages the team to investigate Logistics Quality/Safety/Stewardship related issue via LE Process
- Ensure Weekly & Monthly system Health Check are conducted and assign resources to support others department for investigation and CAPA to close the gaps
- Elevates Critical issue to Department Leader as necessary
- Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters and others on matters of collection/delivery
- Train & build a strong Logistics team
- Maintain the right standard in the internal & external WH
- Other tasks to be assigned by superior
Qualifications
Job Requirement:
- Team work must possess at least a Secondary School "N" Level/Higher academic
- At least 3 years relevant working experience in warehouse operations
- Detail oriented and analytical
- Positive mindset, team player and high desire for learning
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Adaptable to fast-moving work environment
- Good with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Singaporeans
