A boutique real estate firm founded in 1997, SK Realty have guided many of our clients to help them achieve their unique property investment goals. With our deep knowledge of the market and end-to-end service, we help grow and manage our clients property portfolio for their peace of mind.
We are looking to expand our marketing efforts and looking for a creative individual to design, develop and execute marketing activities to help SK Realty's visibility. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the individual will be responsible to explore new ways and plann, execute, track and analyse marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute both traditional and digital marketing campaigns.
- Produce digital marketing collaterals, copywriting and develop content for company's website and social media platforms.
- Coordinate and assist with property related matters.
- Provide administrative support in the areas of documentation and data entry.
We are looking for someone who possess:
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Wix, Google Suite/ Workspace, SEO optimisation.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Pro-active, independent and able to work with timelines.
- Willing to take challenges.
- Minimum committment of 3 months.
- Interest in real estate and photography is an advantage.
This role includes a good amount of training and requires the candidate to be in the office at least 3 times a week. The intern would have the opportunity to join us as our permanent staff after the internship.
