Job Description
- Hire, train & develop all restaurant staff
- Create side work assignments & ensure completion with wait staff
- Organize & conduct pre-shift & departmental meetings
- Maintain all reservation systems & book to accommodate business demands
- Maintain schedules, payroll & other administrative support to maintain food & beverage cost controls & inventory
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal & communication skills at both verbal & written level
- Minimum O-level or equivalent
- At least 2 years F&B managerial experience
- Effectively bilingual in English & Mandarin (to liaise with chinese guests)
- Pleasant personality & customer centric
- Able to perform rotating shifts including weekends & public holidays
