Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Central Creative in terms of production of mood boards, selection of fabrics and materials for each of the themes.
  • Manage all BD-related sales tools including Company Intro Deck, Intro Deck to Themes, Artifact Asset Library, Case Studies, and product mock-up.
  • Responsible for daily file sharing and file management via Microsoft TEAMS and SHARE POINTS so SIPIC international teams including agents can have access to all themes, Style Guides, design assets and shared documents.
  • PRE-SALES: Work closely with Biz Development team and participate in the sales meetings with retailers and potential licensees and deliver presentations on the annual themes. 
  • PRE-SALES: Selection of appropriate themes / episode / museums / artifacts
  • PRE-SALES: Guide graphic designer to prepare product mock-ups
  • POST-SALES: Work closely with licensees’ product design and development teams to ensure licensees are able to develop high quality licensed products that are inspired by our themes and Style Guides.
  • POST-SALES: Provide timely feedback to licensees on their product approval submission before sending to museums.
  • POST-SALES: Assist licensees in their product approval by the museum partners.
  • POST-SALES: Lead our in-house performance analysis and provide suggestion for improvement.
  • Other duties assigned by the Management.
