Job Description

• Analyze, investigate and manage queries relating to daily operational transactions, reports, interfaces and enhancements
• Engage users to understand strategic and operational needs, capture requirements, identify gaps and translate these into solutions
• Assist in daily applications support and perform administrator functions such as user management, security management, etc. 
• Assist to develop up-to-date SOP, user guides, training materials and systems documentations
• Conduct trainings to both internal and external users 
• Manage business applications related projects, including user acceptance tests, integration between systems and data migration 
• Work closely with third party vendors and consultants to achieve holistic goal
• Provide assistance in planning, design, research and acquisition of new or upgraded business applications
• Perform query jobs, generate data statistics or dashboards and generate reports 
• Continuous work improvement in operational efficiency through automation scripts, implementation of new technology and knowledge sharing
