Job Description

We are looking for meticulous and dedicated individuals to join as an Intern in our Talent Acquisition team. 

The intern will work in the Human Resources department and facilitate the on boarding and selection process between the agencies and line managers. The intern will take on a variety of responsibilities and is not limited to the following:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide follow-up correspondence to hiring managers on recruiting status via phone and email
  • Track recruiting activities and provide weekly reporting on candidate status
  • Manage the vendors / agencies in updating on the recruitment activities and their candidates status on regular basis
  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
  • Update candidate status in SAP
  • Any other ad-hoc activities

Requirements -

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, having both the ability to work well in a team or independent
  • Dedicated, meticulous and organised individual who has strong time management skills and is committed to getting the tasks done.
  • An individual that takes initiative, a self-starter, and is willing to learn.

The intern should:

• Local Polytechnic/University, with a specialization/major in Human Resource preferred.
