Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

To assist Partnership & Development department in Donor Support and administrative processes.


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Donor and F2F Team Support  (Primary focus - 70%)

  • Assist Face to face department to recruit candidates who have applied for the position through phone calls
  • Assist Admin staff to resolve issues with donors credit cards etc involving donation forms from face to face team

Administrative Support- (Secondary focus - 20%)

  • Support in the administrative support of Red Cross online donations platform
  • Provide support for Weekly, Monthly Reports related matters
  • Data Entry


 JOB SPECIFICATION

Qualifications:

  • Studying in tertiary institution preferred.

Experience:

  • One-year experience in administrative 

Additional skills and knowledge

  • Ability to work with Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, MS Office and other office related software
  • Knowledge of organising events would be helpful
  • Experience of working or volunteering in a Charity
  • Fundraising experience
  • A people person.  Not shy and thick-skinned.

  • Is self-motivated, resourceful and innovative
  • Must be organised and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well to people at all levels.
