Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

To provide an excellent and effective administrative functions/support to the Administration Department, thereby contributing to the smooth back-end operations of Singapore Red Cross Society. 


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Operations

  • To provide administrative paperwork support in the daily operation of the Facilities Management Department;
  • To assist Office Management in Assets Tagging and Tracking;
  • To assist Facilities in maintaining proper documentations;

Administration

  • Assist in tracking of Facilities Maintenance Contract with Facilities Team;
  • Processing of monthly bills of the society. 

Any Other Duties

  • Participate in society events/activities, which occasionally occurs on weekends;
  • To cover dispatch duties in Dispatch Officer’s leave of absence.


JOB SPECIFICATION

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administrative or its equivalent.

Experience

  • Preferably with some working experience in general administrative duties.

Additional skills & knowledge

  • Good knowledge in G-Suite (Google Apps for Work) and Sage 300 software will be an advantage;
  • Good organisational and administration skills are essentials and the ability to prioritise the workload effectively and meet deadlines;
  • A good team player, with the ability to relate well to people of all levels, including the volunteers;
  • Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, meticulous and able to multi-task.
