IT Intern (IT SQA RPA Team )
Summary:
As part of the IT SQA RPA Team, to help Streamline and refine business processes to RPA-enable the process. Determine the business benefits and productivity savings arising from automation.
Learnings:
- How to Work jointly with business units to identify automation opportunities
- Develop, code and maintain RPA scripts and RPA platformMonitor the product roadmap for periodic upgrades.
- Exposure to plan and execute periodic RPA upgrades.
- Understand the business in the budgetary sizing of their IT plans.
- Candidates will be exposed to the System development best practices in Agile and Waterfall development lifecycles
- Understand and appreciate the practices used in Enterprise-grade (Waterfall) system development and
- Exposure to the best practice methodologies in System development, Project management and System operations areas
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma student intern(s)
- Good written and communication skills to be able to work effectively with IT teams, Consultants, and business user teams.
- Strong critical thinking, numerical, analytical and project management skills
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Good skills in using MS-Office and MS-Visio or similar tools, to map out the processes
- Basic knowledge of IT system development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodology etc.
- Able to visualize the overall SDLC and to have a wide-view of technology projects and operations
