Job Description
The Job
- Client liaison and document management
- Assist in timely follow-up through phone calls and emails to collect event promotion materials
- Coordinate and liaise with clients and relevant parties through phone calls and emails, to collect, consolidate and sort out orders documents, and to keep track on the outstanding payment.
- Provide support to marketing department, administrative and operational support
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Good in written and verbal skills
- Good in both English and Mandarin due to operational requirements
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
