Job Description

Monthly Closing Activities 

- Reconciliation and clearing of suspense accounts

- Preparation of JVs and schedules related to interest receivable/payable

- Monitoring of surplus funds/ remittance-in-transit

- Preparation of schedules for exchange differences

- Preparation of bank reconciliation statements     


Maintenance of share-based incentive plans records and accounting

- Maintain records for share buybacks and ESOP

- Month end activities and quarterly schedules

- Computation of adjusted weighted number of shares for calculating diluted EPS


Preparation of Group Accounts 

- Preparation of SIA Upload file for consolidation

- Upload subsidiaries' and associates' results into SAP

- Post manual adjustments for the group accounts

- Run and check the BCS report 

- Prepare the monthly reconciliation of inter-company accounts
