Job Description

1. Assist in HR Recruitment tasks (eg. shortlisting of candidates, arrange interview, prepare offer letter)
2. Assist to review and streamline recruitment processes
3. Review of selection tests and/or benchmarking studies
4. Conceptualise and implement Employer Branding initiatives (eg. design collaterals for recruitment drives, videos for digital interviewing system)
5. Assist in updates for user guides for Talent Management System – performance development and recruitment tracking system
