Job Description

Talent Engagement

-          Review and operationalize scholar engagement framework – for both local and overseas 

-          Design and collate feedback on scholar engagement 

-          Assist with interview coordination

Competency Development & Career Pathing Project

-          Assist in preparation of career pathing materials, including town halls and roadshows 

-          Generate ideas and develop communication materials to drive publicity

-          Support focus group, devise methods to collect info and generate insights 

-          Maintain photo and video library of entire Career Pathing journey for later use 

-          Identify key individuals and track their use and development of the career pathing tools; for subsequent hero feature 

Management Associate programme for Customer Service Job Families

-          Assist in starting up this new initiative
