A pilot project by the SIM People Development Fund (an IPC charity) to facilitate e-commerce for heartland merchants through regular help from interns.
Job Description
- Set up e-commerce accounts for shop owners (e.g. Shopee, Carousell, foodpanda)
- Provide e-commerce accounts support to shop owners, including creating shop profiles, uploading product listings, enhancing product images and description
- Propose marketing tactics leveraging free and paid features on e-commerce platforms
- Manage orders, chats, inventories and deliveries (where necessary)
- Track and report sales and other performance data across e-commerce accounts
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Good knowledge/use of e-commerce platforms
- Candidates with digital marketing experience preferred
- Strong people and customer service skills
Work Hours and Location
- Flexi-work arrangement
- Unless physical presence is necessary, tasks can be performed remotely
- Candidates will be assigned to heartland merchants located at (but not limited to) Boon Lay, Jurong, Woodlands, Choa Chu Kang and Toa Payoh
Duration
- Commitment of three to six months
Salary
- Up to $1,000 monthly (depending on hours clocked)
