Job Description
  • Assist actively in project management of organisational development-focused people initiatives in the domains of employee engagement, survey analyses, competency framework, career development and organisational culture
  • Partner and collaborate with internal stakeholders (i.e. Organisational Development team, Human Resource Business Partners, Learning and Development team) and external stakeholders to ideate and support the implementation of Organisational Development initiatives
  • Collate feedback for the initiatives, and work on follow-up project execution such as the co-development of content and materials
  • Conduct research on industry practices and benchmarking around engagement, culture, future of work initiatives to build the case to support organisation-wide Organisational Development initiatives
  • Use data to drive analyses that support assessing and demonstrating fact-based culture and engagement outcomes 

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or other related fields
  • Independent worker with a high level of initiative
  • Strong interpersonal skills and verbal/written communication skills Innovative and analytical, with a high level of commitment to delivering
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a dynamic environment
  • Enthusiastic team player with a positive work attitude
  • Fast-learner with strong time management skills to meet tight deadlines Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Powerpoint
  • Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
