Shopee Pte Ltd – HR Intern (SeaMoney)

• Support HRIS test scripts design based on functional specification requirements.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) execution to ensure compliance with functional specification requirements.
• Participate in discussions with the Project Manager in understanding the specification requirements.
• Report bugs and errors to Development teams promptly for investigation and ensure close monitoring of defect resolution and retest.
• Assist in documentation of test cases, test results and defect management for the required sign offs.
• Prepare HR related reports, analyze HR data and presentations where needed.
• Support day to day HR Operations & People Services functions.
  
  

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a/enrolled in Bachelor's Degree
• Logical and structured thinking skills to plan verification of test cases
• Ability to articulate defects and test scenarios with internal stakeholders, including Development teams
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, sense of urgency while maintaining appropriate attention to details and standards
• Highly self-motivated, quick learner with positive attitude
• Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
• Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
