Job Description
- Analyse cross border performance and develop insights on the driving factors behind the figures using SQL and Python
- Monitor operational key performance indexes and conduct root cause analysis on key performance index fluctuation for feedback to local teams
- Understand the current systems’ capabilities and limitations and provide continuous improvement for systems and processes
- Provide feedback to and collaborate with other departments to improve overall operations efficiency
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with majors in relevant field
- Strong analytical skill and sensitivity to data
- Strong oral and written communication skill
- Creative and innovative approach to solving problems
- Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge in SQL and/or Python is required
- Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
- Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
