Responsibilities
- Support ShopBack's People Operations team in full-cycle operations, including on-boarding/off-boarding, payroll, leave and benefits administration, and engagement support.
- Maintain our HR Information System to ensure all employee data are up to date with relevant supporting documents.
- Develop innovative and resourceful ways of streamlining People Operations processes to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish internal controls and measures to track and complete documentation for audit.
- Culture ambassador for ShopBack's People team. Provide an engaging and stellar People Operations experience for ShopBackers.
- Support in other People-related duties and projects when required.
Requirements
- Must be able to commit for a time period of 4-6 months
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly driven and responsible; able to handle end-to-end ownership of projects and responsibilities
- Process-oriented, meticulous with good attention to detail
- Proactive and keen to be part of an exciting team to drive change!
