Job Description

MAIN PURPOSE 

To assist on producing key reports and analytics for CMI and share insights drawn for these reports to different markets, as well as any other adhoc support for various meetings/ workshops. 

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

 Assist on regional data management: 

  • Collect and cleanse raw data from various reports/ data portals and from regional digital team, local brand teams, and local/ regional finance teams
  • Produce key reports such as quarterly ECommerce reporting and analysis on market movements – covering market share by channel, product vs. competitors, media insights such as Share of voice vs. competitors. Produce quarterly regional performance report using key data sources.
  • Conduct desk research on key consumer insights trends, perform competitors benchmarking on key commercial activities and consolidate it into a monthly internal newsletter or for quarterly EC reporting. Assist to draft/review questionnaire, programming and testing of the survey links as well as data cleaning, analysis and reporting for ad-hoc requests. Perform social listening requests when required. 

 REQUIREMENTS 

  • Self-starter with good communication skills (verbal and written) 
  • Strong in MS Office especially Excel and Powerpoint 
  • Strong numerical and analytics skills with the ability to slice and dice data in different dimensions depending on needs
