Shinetown Telecom (S) Pte Ltd is majority owned by Shinetown Telecommunication Limited (Hong Kong) to set up for the provision of communications services in Singapore.
With combined experience of over 30 years in the telecommunications industry, Shinetown Telecom Singapore started the operation after acquiring a Services-Based Operator (SBO) license from Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA) in 2000.
We were one of the earliest SBO to commence operation in Singapore. To date, the products and services that we are offering include IDD1526, Call Centre Solution, IVR Solution, VOIP Solution, Conferencing services, International Call Forward and Divert Service, International Toll Free services, International Calling Card and other cloud services.
