We are looking for a highly motivated Commercial Finance Intern in Singapore to support our rapidly growing global salesforce.
Main Responsibilities:
Forecasting and analysis
- Analyze variances in financial performance against company plans. Provide commercial and finance support through financial analysis of key metrics.
- Create regular forecast updates to estimate accruals
Customer credit and AR management
- Monitor credit status of customers against credit limits granted, including managing the credit insurance documentation.
- Monitor and follow-up on all unbilled sales orders to ensure proper billing. Monitor and follow-up with clients on accounts receivables.
Sales process and CRM management
- Maintain repository of sales contracts and ensure proper documentation.
- Implement process improvement initiatives including CRM related sales order entries, sales processes and record keeping.
- Support other ad-hoc commercial finance workstreams and requests.
All about you:
- Undergraduates in Business/ Finance/ Marketing / Data Analytics/ Accountancy or equivalent
- Able to commit the internship starting from December 2021/ January 2022, and ending in end- June 2022 or mid-July 2022
- A self-driven and hands-on team player, with a positive “can do” attitude and willing take on new duties
- Keen interest to work in a global sales function and to learn about the ad-tech/ mobile apps industry
- Able to physically work from the office premises
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
