Responsibilities:
The Customer and Technical Support Executive (junior / entry level) will be guided by the department manager / team leader progressively to
- Provide support to subscribers via email, phone and chat messenger for subscription-related matters and technical queries
- Create and maintain subscriber records
- Monitor and report any outages of company’s website/platform
- Provide administrative support for external events organised by the company
- Perform preparation, tracking and filing of contracts
- Perform general office administrative tasks
- Provide basic secretarial support to senior management
- Plan and organize internal team building activities for the company
- Provide administrative support for monthly reporting, eDMs blastings and Google Ads upload
Requirements:
- Available to work on (occasional) weekends when required.
- Minimum O-Levels with 2-3 years work experience in customer, technical support and basic investment knowledge OR
- Fresh diploma holders (i.e. with limited work experience) who are IT-savvy with personal computer platform
- Strong communication skills, especially in oral and written English
- Proficient in MS Office, such as Word and Excel
- Hard-working, meticulous and organised
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
- Must be a team player
- Well versed in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
