SgFitFam Is Currently Looking For a Wellness Project Coordinator Intern To Handle The Following.
Main duties include but are not limited to:
- Scheduling of project/assignments
- Scheduling of fitness trainers and wellness speakers
- Communicate & liaise between clients & fitness instructors
- Checking of emails & handling inquiries
- Prepare trainers payroll
- Prepare quotations & Invoices
- Travel down mulitple location for corporate wellness sessions for set ups, tear down and PR with client
- On standby to attend to urgent requests/emergencies from clients
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Nitec Holder
- Proficiency in Words & Excel
- Willingness to learn
- Attention to details and problems
- Solving skills
- PROACTIVE
