Job Description
We are looking for full time General Insurance Admin to join our team in our expansion portfolio
Job Requirement
- Generating quotations and negotiation of better premiums rates for clients
- Generate and mail out policies to customer
- Touch base and follow up with existing customer on their renewal
- Generate report for presentation
- Other ad-hoc duties & projects delegated from management and supervisor.
What we’re looking for:
- Good communication skills, both written & verbal.
- Able to speak confidently and interact with clients on the phone or face to face
- Preferably with administrative experience.
- Good time management – ability to prioritise workload and manage customer's expectation
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight datelines.
- Basic insurance certifications i.e. BCP and Comm GI. will be an advantage
