Warehouse 2IC
The Operations Team:
We are the backbone, the ones on the ground, those who ensure the smooth flow of bicycles in and out of the warehouse; we encapsulate the company’s 3 core values of operations by ensuring that every bicycle we put out is reliable, convenient, and safe.
As a Warehouse 2IC, you will be responsible for:
Organising and maintaining inventory and storage area in the warehouse
Supervising warehouse team and daily activities
Maintaining records, reporting relevant information and preparing documentation
Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
Overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse activities
Supporting the warehouse manager in handling interns and part-timers
Requirements:
We’d love to hear from you if:
You have had a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor
You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You have strong organisational and time management skills
You have strong leadership capabilities and are able to handle a large team of diverse people
You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs etc)
Related educational qualification in logistics and management preferred
