Established in August 2017, SG Bike is Singapore’s very first homegrown bike sharing company. As a licensed bike sharing operator in Singapore, SG Bike was also the first bike sharing company to aim to resolve indiscriminate parking through its self-developed technology, Geostation.
Following our announcement on 13th August, SG Bike has taken over Mobike to become the largest bike sharing operator in Singapore. SG Bike is proud to have received the 2019 Young Innovator Award by the Land Transport Authority and will continue to work towards enhancing transport options in Singapore.

In this role, you will be overseeing the testing of electronic parts to ensure they function as planned. You will also be directly involved in the R&D team to find new and innovative ways to make our technology more relevant and reliable to our consumers.
Job Roles & Responsibility:
- Responsible for the equipment integrity for SG Bike's IOT Devices (Smart Locks, Batteries, etc)
- Inspect devices on a regular basis to maintain devices integrity for business continuity- Conduct system evaluations and make appropriate recommendations to modify designs or repair equipment as needed
- To be involved in our Research & Development team to suggest improvements for our IOT devices
- Generate documentation for errors reporting and improvement recommendations
Requirement:
- Committed individual who can be independent & self-motivated to manage his/her own work with little/no supervision
- Adept at using basic electronics tools such as Soldering iron etc.- Display good understand towards how IOT (internet of things) works
- Training will be provided by our senior engineers
- University students (on engineering related course)
-Preference towards Electrical & Mechatronics Engineers or any other Engineering degrees related to electronics & software handling.
