Established in August 2017, SG Bike is Singapore’s very first homegrown bike sharing company. As a licensed bike sharing operator in Singapore, SG Bike was also the first bike sharing company to aim to resolve indiscriminate parking through its self-developed technology, Geostation.

Job Description

SG Bike is looking to set up a team to revamp and add value to our customer relations functions to directly manage and connect with users and help them get started on using our bike sharing services.

The role will also build rapport within our customers to understand them (and any problems) to provide enhanced customer satisfaction, support and service requests. Whether is it the latest features or the newest campaign, you will take the proactive role to understand the company and its products, enabling you to communicate and build on your communication skills with the masses.

This role also works closely within and under the Marketing department and the individual is expected to take its role to better bridge and manage customers and the company through both management and executive level functions and job scopes.

Brief Expectations, Job scopes, and Outcomes:

  • Learn to understand, uphold, and protect the company’s brand image and assets
  • Assist and learn critical marketing functions
  • Work to accurately identify new and existing problems, while taking charge to find the solution and/or work with other team members to identify and resolve them.
  • Work in an effective manner to manage time and task management skills to multi-task, organise, follow-up, and prioritise
  • Work in a flexible setting that can combine a variety of communication channels including but not limited to instant text, emails, and calls

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English - Written and Verbal communication skills
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Eager to learn
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and open to learning new softwares
  • BONUS: Proficiency in other languages
