We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing intern to join our marketing department. They will assist in advertising and promotional efforts within the company. They are responsible for completing clerical and administrative duties, or preparing promotional materials. They may also be called upon to create presentations that advise their managers on promoting certain products/trends.
This internship will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in marketing in a MNC B2B environment and should be prepared to enter any fast paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
- Support marketing efforts such as PR, Marketing Collateral, Digital, and Trade Shows
- Making sure that marketing collaterals like powerpoints, brochures etc are up to date
- Maintaining marketing collaterals on OneDrive & Showpad
- Showpad user analytics and data checking
- Internal newsletter communications
- Maintaining website content like product/formulation updates
- Manage LinkedIn Showcase Page - Japan
- Creating content and working with agency for Industrial Colors
Requirements & Skills:
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics and Google Adwords)
- Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
- Current enrollment in a related Business/Marketing diploma/degree
