Job Description


  • Manage Purchase Orders in Online system with accuracy and timeliness
  • Purchase Order coordination and communication with customers and Sales
  • Coordinate shipment and delivery of orders to the customer
  • Work with Bizops, Legal and Finance teams for all sales related document approval processes
  • Document Management
  • Coordinate and support customers’ meetings and visits
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
  • Asist in day-to-day operations of Sales Team
  • Opportunities within the organisation is available based on overall performance

Requirements:

  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good customer care and communication skill
  • Able to multitask, work independently

Timeline:

  • Rolling intake basis
  • At least 6 months Attachment Programme preferred
