Sensetac Pte Ltd – Senior Operations Assistant / Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Support Operations Manager in managing team and ensuring efficient running of daily operations
• Perform compounding according to recipes
• Investigate, follow up and resolve production issues, escalating to Operations Manager where necessary
• Pack, label and prepare outgoing goods
• Perform receiving and checking of incoming goods
• Coordinate workflow and ensure proper storage and timely replenishment of inventory
• Monitor, review and ensure optimal inventory level, advising on excess inventory when needed
• Perform periodic stock count and inventory management
• Maintain good housekeeping and a safe and orderly workplace
• Ensure compliance to industry regulations and company guidelines
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned
  
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum O level, Higher/Nitec in Chemistry, Food, Chemical Engineering or related
• At least 2-4 years of relevant working experiences
• Ability to operate production and warehouse equipment
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Able to handle physical work to carry and move goods
• Effective and professional communication with the relevant stakeholders
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility on the job and work in a team-based structure
• Handle difficult situations in a calm manner
• Positive attitude and possess good initiative
• Training will be provided
