Job Description

Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Deep dive into the business operation and requirements to investigate, review and document business processes for business continuity and improvement planning

  • Research on existing and emerging industry trends, best practices and technologies to drive and support internal business process improvement / automation initiatives

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps in the Company’s work processes and improve operational efficiency with innovation and technology adoption

  • Assist in existing and adopted business process improvement / automation efforts utilizing technologies such as Macros, Visual Basic Automation (VBA) and / or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) etc

In line with Singapore’s effort for Industry 4.0, we are looking for an Intern to assist us in our Digital Transformation efforts, specifically in the area of Business Process and Automation

Our Ideal Intern fit would be one that has the following:

  • Diploma in relevant disciplines

  • Analytical with an ability to think strategically

  • Proactive team player with good working attitude and communication skills

  • Knowledge of Macros, VBA or RPA, but not necessary

  • Innovative with aptitude to learn and explore technologies and consider its benefits and fit for, and in tandem with the Company
