Sén Natural – Business Operations Intern

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries via phone, mail and all social media platforms
• Manage the order fulfillment process end-to-end (packing, drop off organisation, etc.)
• Analyze reports to improve overall customer service, experience and satisfaction
• Manage the product inventory tracking and perform regular improvement analysis
• Putting recommendations from idea into practice
• Independently identify bottlenecks and propose solutions
• Identify new market trends and opportunities to expand the business

Requirements

• Recently completed/ currently studying business, marketing or a related field
• Proactive and hands-on mentality with an entrepreneurial mindset to get things done independently without major supervision
• Ability to lead and drive your own projects
• Excellent organization, communication and presentation skills
• Keen interest, ideally already experience, with social media platforms and marketing
• Fluent in English or native English speaker

Facts

• Start: Mid Nov for at least 3 months (longer preferred)
• Availability: 10 - 20 hours / week
• Compensation: S$800 (20 hours) / S$400 (10 hours)
