Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Execute administrative matters under his/her care, including but not limited to procurement, billings and memos.

2. Oversee all procurement, billing, filing, tracking and administrative matters according to the SOP and in a timely manner.

3. Ensure smooth operations.

4. To ensure compliance of Rules at the various facilities.

5. To attend meetings as and when required.

6. Manage the poolside counter when needed.

7. To prepare the daily work roster of the operation staff in the department.

8. To conduct the annual staff appraisal for non-executive staff of housekeeping department.

9. Liaise with partners and contractors.

10. Responsible for all inventories for housekeeping supplies and equipment. Make requests for replacements.

11. Participate in any renovations and new projects of areas involving the Housekeeping Department.

12. Put up incident reports and manage major incidents and emergencies in collaboration with relevant persons

13. Assist in scheduling leave and claims of all staff under the department.

14. Direct and co-ordinate the activities of housekeeping and laundry and ensure overall smooth operations in changing rooms, public areas and laundry in the club. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and efficiency while achieving members and guest satisfaction.

15. Notwithstanding the above, you are required to undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
