FSL is SEA's premier women's gaming circuit and we are looking for a passionate individual to join us!
- Assist with day-to-day league operations for FSL tournaments and 3rd party events.
- Managing registrations and responsible for communication between us and the teams.
- Assist with designing and evaluation of tournament documents and processes.
- Assist with managing FSL Discord channel for tournament communication
- Assist with collecting tournament statistics and team information
- Grow, forge and maintain good relationships with the community - Assist with other administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Passionate about the esports industry and growing the women gaming community
- Able to commit to a 6-12 months full-time internship
- Familiar with various esports game titles and their tournament structures and formats (Dota 2, PUBG Mobile, Valorant, Wild Rift and others)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organisational skills and is detail-oriented
- Familiar with Google Workspace and Discord - Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work weekends and weekday nights
Good to have:
- Proficiency in other languages commonly used in SEA countries
- Residency in Singapore
- Experience in competing or managing teams
- Experience in running tournaments
