Job Description
· Handling Basic office duties, such as answering and routing phones, responding to emails, coordinate with client for daily work schedule.
· Ensuring all documentation is maintained appropriately.
· Supporting employees by facilitation communications and interactions between internal and external parties.
· Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
· Coordinate project implementation and updates.
· Providing administrative support as needed.

· Good interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.
· Attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, proactive and organized.
