Job Description

As an Account Management Intern at Seedly, your focus will be on nurturing client account relationships. You will manage and retain client accounts with excellent client service and grow those opportunities through inside sales.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee client account relationships and growth projects
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to coordinate client account deliverables
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client account matters including client service, inside sales and periodic client account engagements
  • Conduct onboarding meetings with assigned client accounts, including the preparation of all related documentation and supporting materials
  • Develops and maintains long-term relationships with client accounts in personal finance

Requirements

  • Able to commit to a 6 months internship duration
  • Willingness to learn and innovate
  • Problem solver and creative thinker
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Good with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
  • Good command of English
  • Passion for Personal Finance/FinTech
  • Prior work/internship experience with a venture-backed startup
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, Python, Power Query, VBA, Google Scripts, Metabase or SQL will be an advantage
