This role requires an ambitious and self-motivated individual who enjoys the challenge of functional placements. You will have an integral role in sourcing for, assessing and presenting candidates to our clients.

This SGUnited Programme provides traineeship and enterprise attachment opportunities to equip you with valuable industry experience.

 On a typical day, you might:

• Establish client rapport, understand and assess business needs
• Source for candidates according to clients’ job requirements (for IT , engineering roles)
• Assess potential candidates through interviews and develop candidate profiles to clients
• Manage interview process
• Offer advisory to stakeholders

 We’d love to meet someone who:

• Enjoys people interactions
• Possess good oral and written communication skill 
• Agile in learning and highly adaptable to changes
• Is hardworking, focused and disciplined to follow through processes
• Is a team player and goal oriented
• Has a strong sense of urgency
• Graduated or graduating in calendar year 2019 or 2020 from polytechnics or universities
• Gradated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2019 or 2020
• Singaporeans only
