Handle and process client invoices twice a month, including e-invoice for government clients.
Handle and process manual invoices & credit notes.
Manage and follow up with operation on supporting documents for billing purpose.
Process statement of accounts.
Follow up with clients on outstanding debts, including generating of dunning letters, and work with credit control executive and operation as required.
Receipt clearing.
Assist adhoc projects or activities when required.
